Rest your left index, middle, ring and pinky fingers on F, D, S and A. Feel the small bump on F — that's your anchor. Press the space bar with your right thumb.

Rest your right index, middle, ring and pinky fingers on J, K, L and ;. J has a bump too, so your hands can always find home without looking down.

G and H sit between your index fingers. Stretch your left index for G and your right index for H, then snap back to F and J.

Each finger reaches straight up from its home key: pinky to Q, ring to W, middle to E, index to R and T. Return to the home row after every reach.

Mirror the left hand: index reaches to Y and U, middle to I, ring to O, pinky to P. Keep your wrists floating, not resting on the desk.

No new keys — just speed and rhythm. Keep your eyes on the screen, not your hands, and let your fingers find their own way home.

Reach down from the home row: pinky to Z, ring to X, middle to C, and index to both V and B. These are the shortest reaches on the keyboard.

Index reaches down to N and M, middle to comma, ring to period, pinky to the slash. You've now met every key on the letter block!

Every letter is covered. These pangrams use the whole alphabet at least once — a real workout for every finger.

Use the opposite hand's shift key: right pinky for capitalizing left-hand letters, left pinky for capitalizing right-hand letters — so one hand always stays on the home row.

Each number sits directly above its home-row finger. Reach up without looking — 1 and 2 with the pinky and ring, all the way to 0 with the right pinky.

Symbols share keys with numbers — hold Shift and reach with the same finger you already use for that number. Slow down for these; accuracy matters more than speed here.
